ATTENTION VENDORS: due to high DEMAND, small booth spaces 6X10 is no longer available.
You are invited to apply to showcase and sell your work at the Slavic Mardi Gras Fair features Slavic Heritage culture. Vendors should be willing to deliver merchandise and/or services that connect or carry a Slavic/Carnival flavor.
Application Deadline: 02/15/20
The Jury will select up to 30 artists, including food vendors. Due to the event nature, Slavic related art and goods will be preferred
Local Non-profits also encouraged applying (please attach proof of non-profit status)

Vendors’ notification of invitation to participate will be sent to applicants by February 20, 2020.
Upon receiving notification of the invitation, please accept or decline. If accepting, the deadline to pay booth fee is February 27, 2020.
All booth fees will be paid through Slavic Mardy Gras AFTER receiving Invitation to Participate from the Jury. Any payments made prior to receiving notification of invitation going be considered a donation
